Download the Vosix app from the App Store and follow the in-app registration process. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password.

You can manage your exisiting subscription, reset your password, and view billing history by visiting our account management page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account management page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

I'm experiencing technical issues. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. For persistent issues, please contact us at support@vosixapp.com with details about the problem you're experiencing.

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your profile information directly in the Vosix app through the settings or profile section. Changes are saved automatically.
